Nestled in the serene neighbourhood of Cameron Heights, this home, albeit charming, was a canvas yearning for modernization. The essence of the project was to breathe new life into a space that felt outdated, transforming it into a sanctuary that not only met but exceeded the needs of a dynamic family of four. The homeowners, busy professionals with two children, were a delight to work with - open to ideas yet clear about their vision for a contemporary, functional home. Our comprehensive makeover included the installation of sleek new lighting, a fresh coat of paint throughout, and the refinishing of kitchen cabinetry that now gleams alongside a new backsplash and a custom hood fan. We built a new powder room, a cozy TV room with custom built-ins for added character, and a gym in the basement, replacing an obsolete bar. The transformation from a dated brown palette to a bright, inviting white has been nothing short of remarkable in our Cameron Heights Custom project.
