We first worked with Ben in 2013 when he and his team completed a full home renovation for us. Since then we have hired them back for 2 smaller interior projects, and then an exterior and deck renovation this past summer. Ben is approachable, professional, and honest. He communicates well. His projects are consistently within the proposed budget. The trades that he uses work hard, show pride in their work, and are very respectful. Working with Ben and his team on a full main floor reno of our 1978 home was a wonderful experience. Their pricing was fair, their sub-trades were wonderful, the job site was always left clean and tidy and Jon, the PM for our job, did an exceptional job communicating with us and coordinating the trades & timelines to have our project completed a month ahead of schedule!
